At La Mar you can try on designer sunglasses in the shop, and prescription ones too, a short walk from the beach.

Prescription sunglasses

If you wear glasses, you can also have your prescription put into a pair of sunglasses. We take your measurements and advise you on the lens depending on how you will use them: beach, driving or sport. They take a few days, because the lenses are made to measure. If you do not have your prescription to hand, we will test your eyes.

Our advice

We help you choose the frame and the lens: the colour, the protection and whether polarised lenses suit you. If they are prescription sunglasses, we adjust them when you collect them.

If you already have sunglasses

If your sunglasses have gone out of shape or keep slipping, we adjust them for free, wherever they come from. If a nose pad or a screw has come loose, we replace it on the spot.

You will be seen by one of our opticians-optometrists: Antonia Marco Pérez (registration no. 5828), Carolina Duque Tavira (no. 22985) or Mónica Bertomeu Mota (no. 27148). We are a healthcare centre authorised by the Conselleria de Sanitat of the Generalitat Valenciana, under no. 1784.
